Terms & Conditions

1. General

• These Terms apply to all services and products provided by 4to Crew.
• By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Balances must be paid before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Bookings are confirmed only after deposit and written confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Client cancellations are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If 4to Crew cancels due to illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen events, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

4. Deliverables

• Photography & Videography: delivered within 14 business days.
• Photo Booth digital copies: within 7 business days.
• Print orders: within 10 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure venues allow photography/videography and grant access.
• Obtain necessary permits or permissions.
• 4to Crew is not liable if access is denied by a third party.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All photos and videos remain the copyright of 4to Crew.
• Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use and share content.
• We may use content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.
• Commercial use requires written consent and may incur additional fees.

7. Photo Booth Usage

• Clients must ensure safe use of photo booth equipment during hire.
• Damage from misuse or negligence will be charged to the client.
• Prints are provided onsite; digital copies are supplied after the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for missed shots due to restrictions, weather, or guest interference.
• In case of technical failure, refunds will be provided.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Force Majeure

4to Crew is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, illness, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

10. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information only for service delivery and will not share it without consent except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
